How do I complain?
Formal complaints can be made in writing to the Practice Manager Donna Brown and should be sent to the following address:
Willows Dental Practice, 2-3 Cradock Street, Swansea. SA1 3EN
You will receive an initial response within 2-3 days, along with a copy of the practice complaints procedure, which is also available at reception upon request.
